Pokémon Go Ultra Beast list
Every Ultra Beast in Pokémon Go.
Ultra Beasts were first added to Pokémon Go during the global and in-person events for Go Fest 2022.
If you're not familiar with them, Ultra Beasts are extradimensional Pokémon that come from Ultra Space through Ultra Wormholes, and were first introduced during the main series of games in Pokémon Sun and Moon for Nintendo 3DS. Just like in Sun and Moon, Nihilego was the first Ultra Beast to appear in Pokémon Go.
While the majority of the Ultra Beasts now appear in five-star raids, they still remain quite rare Pokémon. Though the good news is that all of the Ultra Beasts have been released in Pokémon Go now, so take a look below to see if any are missing from your collection.

Ultra Beast Pokémon released in Pokémon Go listed
The first Ultra Beast - Nihilego - was released as part of the global Go Fest 2022 event in June 2022.
Three others were then introduced as part of in-person Go Fest events in the following months - Pheromosa, Buzzwole and Xurkitree - as part of Special Research quests in Berlin, Seattle and Sapporo respectively. These then appeared as part of the global Go Fest finale event on Saturday, 27th August, 2022, just ahead of Season of Go finale.
From there, more continue to trickle through the wormholes - with Celesteela and Kartana in Southern and Northern Hemispheres respectively as part of the Season of Light.
It took two years for the next Ultra Beast to arrive in March 2024 during the World of Wonders season in the form of Poipole. This Ultra Beast can be caught by completing the first quest step of the World of Wonders season-long special research quest. The ability to evolve Poipole into Naganadel was released at the beginning of the Ultra Space Wonders event in May 2024. To conduct this evolution you need 200 Poipole and catch 20 Dragon-type Pokémon with Poipole as your buddy Pokémon.
The Ultra Space Wonders event also marked the release of the last two Ultra Beasts in Pokémon Go - Stakataka and Blacephalon. Both of these Pokémon are regionally exclusive with Stakataka appearing in the Eastern Hemisphere and Blacephalon in the Western Hemisphere.

This table doesn't include Necrozma, Cosmog and their various evolutions and forms, as although the Pokémon have a shared connection with the extradimensional travellers due to their Ultra Space abilities, they're not actually classed as Ultra Beasts themselves.
The Shared Skies Season is here! Currently Aquatic Paradise is running in Pokémon Go. The road to Go Fest 2024: Global has also begun with Inbound from Ultra Space! Don't forget to try out Routes, Gift Exchange and Party Play while you're hunting down rare Pokémon, fighting in the Go Battle League or competing in PokéStop Showcases.
Everything else we know about Ultra Beasts in Pokémon Go
Although you can use any Poké Ball to catch Ultra Beasts in Pokémon Go, Beast Balls were added to the in-person Go Fest 2022 events. These new Poké Balls are designed specifically to help catch Ultra Beast Pokémon, and feature a very sci-fi design about them.
Despite their unique appearance, in raids they essentially act the same as Premier Balls during the catch phase - with a limited number available based on your prowess during the battle.
Good luck adding Ultra Beasts to your Pokédex!
